Every student enrolling in the Institute shall be required to follow all the rules, regulations, discipline, and instructions issued by the Institute from time to time.
Students are required to comply with the Institute’s rules regarding fees, attendance, courses, examinations, discipline, documents, and other academic or administrative matters.
Any student found misbehaving with Institute staff, teachers, students, or any other person, or causing damage to Institute property, may be subject to appropriate disciplinary action by the Institute.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, disagreement, or legal matter arising between the Institute and any student, parent, guardian, or other person, the parties shall first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Gorakhpur Tehsil and the concerned Police Station (Thana) shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court or authority as prescribed by applicable law.
Students and their parents/guardians are expected to maintain proper conduct and cooperate with the Institute in all academic, administrative, and disciplinary matters.
The Institute reserves the right to take appropriate action against any student who violates these Terms & Conditions or any other rules of the Institute.
Admission to the Institute shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the student and, where applicable, by the student’s parent or guardian.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

By taking admission in the Institute, the student and/or parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions.
Note: All provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall remain subject to applicable laws and the jurisdiction of the competent legal authority.
